Sync Your AR Schedule to Google Calendar

Aesthetic Record's appointment calendar can be synced with Google Calendar to display your upcoming appointments.

Before we start, please note that only users who have worked as a provider on Aesthetic Record, or has been assigned to Work As Provider in their profile can use this feature.

To designate a user as a provider, go to the settings gear, teammates, users, and edit the selected user. Once in their profile, scroll to the bottom and toggle on where it says Work as Provider.

How to Sync Google Calendar

First, please log in your Aesthetic Record provider account on a desktop web browser. Navigate to the top right corner of your screen and click on the settings wheel icon to access your user settings.
On your left, you will find the Settings menu, select Account Setup and click on Your Profile. Your user profile will appear on the screen.
On the right, under the signature pop-up window, you will find the toggle Sync With Google Calendar. Click on it to turn it on.
