Stock Transfer Between Clinics

The Stock Transfer feature is a unique and practical way to move inventory between multiple clinics that you might own. This will give you can easy way to track the inventory that was moved from clinic A to clinic B for example. This is often used by Med Spas that have physical locations within a small distance of each other.
  1. Go to the inventory tab via web 
  2. Click on Products, and Stock Transfer
  3. Click Start New Transfer
  4. Next, you need to complete all the details from this page, enter which clinic you want to pull inventory from and transfer
  5. Now, you can select transfer logistics, choose a shipping provider, courier service or a staff member that is transferring the stock.
  6. Enter in products to be transferred.
  7. Once done, hit save in the top right hand corner. 
  8. Now, you will see all transfers. Choose details, to accept the transfer. 
  9. At the bottom hit confirm and accept new stock 
  10. Enter if there is any damaged stock and the reason and then hit accept 
  11. Once you accept it, the stock is added into your inventory section.
