Through this feature, you're able to control what your employees can and can't see when they're logged in to their AR account.

A. Update a User's Privileges
To update the privileges of a user on your account, click on Settings > Teammates > Users (not User Controls).
Look for the user's profile and hit Edit on the right.
Once on the Edit User profile, hit Manage Privileges at the top.
Once here, check on uncheck what you want them to have access to.
Important note: Once you save with any updated changes, please ask the user to log out and log back in so the change(s) will take effect.

B. Update the Default Privileges of Future Users
To update the default privileges of future users, click on Settings > Teammates > User Controls (not Users).
For example, you want to add a new user today and will choose Admin as their role. They'll have access to all the features whose checkboxes are ticked under Admin on this page.
