Linking an appointment to a procedure will do the following:
- Attaches the forms completed by the patient from the patient portal
- Changes the appointment color on the calendar from Red to Green (after the Take Payment button is used with enabled POS)
- Lets you manually send post treatment instructions to the patient (after payment is taken for accounts with enabled POS)

Once you're on the patient's timeline, search for the procedure you want to attach the appointment to. Hit the edit icon next to the trash icon.
