Detailed Booking History Report
This will give you a break down of every appointment action that has occured. Such as bookings, reschedules, cancellations and no shows. This should be your first stop when it comes to reviewing appointment history.

Go to appointments
Click on the wrench
Choose "Booking History"
Choose the time frame
Select export or download to excel
Once on excel you can sort and filter
Number of Bookings by Service Report
This will give you a breakdown of how many times a service has been booked during a time period. This is great to help with forecasting and resource planning.

This report will give you data based on patients that have one future appointment scheduled. This is a great way to get in touch with brand new patients via an email campaign to invite them back in for another visit and make sure that their experience was stellar!
